So after all of my sanitation and hospitality classes I finally got to get in the kitchen...It is amazing! Our teacher is so talented and inspiring. While we are all struggling to form the perfect baguettes and rolls, he is creating masterpieces. Today in class he made a 7 grain bread that was unbelieveable.
