Seattle

So after all of my sanitation and hospitality classes I finally got to get in the kitchen...It is amazing! Our teacher is so talented and inspiring. While we are all struggling to form the perfect baguettes and rolls, he is creating masterpieces. Today in class he made a 7 grain bread that was unbelieveable. I am so excited to soak up as much knowledge from him as I can. Here is some of our gang...

We have been so crazy the past month doing so much fun stuff. Over Labor Day weekend, we went up to Park City and went biking, rode all the mountain rides, played games, ate the best food and had the best weekend ever! I love my family so much and love any chance I get to hang out with them. We laugh so hard at each other and I am so blessed to have my 3 best friends, besides Nick, as my brother and sisters.
